We are seeking a visionary and results-driven IT leader to spearhead our technology transformation initiative. The Opportunity

  • Drive complete IT transformation: From strategy to execution, redefine our IT landscape, turning it into a competitive advantage.
  • Demonstrate quantifiable impact: Show IT's contribution to cost reduction, quality improvement, performance enhancement, and championing innovation with AI & Automation.
  • Build a strategic IT function: Realign IT with core business objectives, foster continuous improvement, and establish robust governance.

Who We're Looking For

  • A seasoned IT leader with 10+ years of progressive experience, at least 5 years in senior roles leading significant IT transformations (40+ staff).
  • Proven hands-on experience working within smaller, agile organizational structures.
  • A track record of transforming underperforming IT departments into strategic assets, delivering measurable results against cost, quality, and performance.
  • Deep expertise in IT automation and practical application of AI/ML within an IT setting to drive business value.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework, operational excellence, cloud computing, and IT service management best practices.
  • Extensive experience supporting the IT infrastructure of digital marketing and call center ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
