**Leadership Position: Digital Transformation Officer**

The Digital Transformation Officer, Training will lead the organization's strategic vision and execution of comprehensive digital learning programs. This role requires a visionary leader to drive digital transformation within the Training function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Digital Learning Strategy Development: Design, implement, and manage a holistic digital learning strategy aligned with the business goals.
  • Technology Management & Innovation: Evaluate, select, and manage digital learning platforms and technologies to ensure they meet organizational needs. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and workplace technology.
  • Training Program Planning & Delivery: Develop an effective training strategy and facilitate the planning and delivery of programs and strategies. Ensure all training programs align with business objectives and operational requirements.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in developing and implementing large-scale digital learning strategies.
  • A deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and platforms.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field. A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in a BPO company and at least 5 years of experience managing digital transformation for the Training function.
