Role Objective:

We are seeking a visionary yet grounded leader who can digitally empower India's diverse

spiritual voices. This role is ideal for someone who respects spiritual traditions and understands

the power of digital platforms to amplify authentic, positive messaging.

You will work to bring prominent spiritual leaders, gurus, organizations, and communities online

through social media, live events, podcasts, YouTube, apps, or other mediums — helping them

engage with millions across India and the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Mapping & Outreach: Identify and build relationships with leading and emerging spiritual figures

and traditions.

Digital Enablement: Guide them to adopt the right platforms (Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp,

podcasting, apps, etc.).

Content Strategy: Co-create respectful, meaningful, and platform-native content with them or

their teams.

Partnerships: Collaborate with platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Spotify) for support, monetization,

and amplification.

Team Building: Build a team of content creators, translators, video editors, and platform

specialists.

Trust Building: Act as a bridge — explaining digital in a non-technical, empathetic way, while

honoring spiritual nuances.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Deep appreciation for Indian spiritual traditions .
  • Prior experience working with influencers, public figures, or cultural icons.
  • Strong grasp of Indian languages and regional content ecosystems.
  • Can combine strategy with execution from talking to a spiritual Leader to launching a YouTube
  • channel.
  • Trusted by both startup/tech stakeholders and spiritual/religious circles.
  • Bonus: Background in media, communications, cultural anthropology
