Transformation and Operational Excellence Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business transformation as a Lean – Site Continuous Improvement Leader.

About You
  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles.
  • Proven expertise in lean tools, project management, and data analysis.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to think innovatively, prioritize customer satisfaction, and navigate complex environments.
  • Historically successful in leading change initiatives, influencing company culture, and delivering tangible results.
