Client Servicing Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing Director to lead client relationships and execution across creative and marketing projects. This role demands a strong communicator with advertising agency experience, an eye for detail, and the ability to align strategic brand objectives with compelling creative work.

This position is based in Bangalore, India, and will involve working closely with client teams to understand their business strategies, marketing goals, and day-to-day requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising or marketing agency, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop effective solutions.
  2. Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and on-time delivery.
  3. Develop and implement digital marketing plans that drive results and meet client objectives.
  4. Present creative concepts to clients, capture feedback, and ensure timely iterations.
  5. Collaborate with content and creative teams to deliver engaging content and campaign creatives.
  6. Oversee the end-to-end development process – from research, creative concepts, artwork, documentation, to final rollout.
Requirements:
  • 8–12 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing creative/content workflows and internal coordination.
  • Familiarity with the Bangalore market and regional sensibilities is a plus.
