Job Role: Client Engagement Manager
Ensure successful partnerships between clients and our organization, driving project success through alignment, execution, communication, and management.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver strategic consulting to clients, providing insights and solutions that drive business growth.
- Support Business Relationship Managers in developing client-centric strategies to meet business objectives.
- Oversee global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market analysis, competitor insights, and identification of key stakeholders.
- Manage local HCP targeting projects, analyzing referral and prescription pattern data.
- Collaborate with client teams, including Medical Affairs, Commercial Analytics, Marketing, and Field Teams, to develop data-driven strategies.
- Liaise with internal support teams to address client needs.
- Prepare high-quality deliverables for clients, presenting them to client teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites.
- Ensure medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet Software, Project Management Software, Word Processing Software, Email Software, and Presentation Software.
