Job Overview
As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our global network of partners and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage new partnerships to drive sales and grow client acquisition
Develop and execute strategies to promote our CFD trading products, leverage solutions, and brokerage offerings
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support partnerships with tools and promotional resources
Monitor industry trends in forex, CFD, and online trading markets to stay competitive
Attend global and regional events to represent our organization and grow our partner network
Provide regular reporting on partnership performance, pipeline, and revenue impact
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven track record of identifying and managing new partnerships to drive revenue growth
Strong understanding of the CFD trading industry and its trends
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies
