Commercial ICI Projects Manager

This is a part-time role involving a hybrid work model – a combination of remote work and in-person site visits or office meetings as required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of commercial ICI construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring compliance with contract scope, safety standards, budget controls, and quality requirements.
  • Develop project work plans, schedules, and milestones; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors to monitor on-site progress and address any field issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software.
  • Handle project administration tasks including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, site instructions, deficiency reports, and closeout packages.
  • Prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and tender submissions for ICI projects.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Track subcontractor invoices and prepare project billing and progress claims.
  • Implement strict budget control and identify cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Represent the organization at project meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors through proactive communication.
  • Address project challenges and conflicts promptly to avoid delays.
