Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Director to lead our team in delivering high-quality solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing QA strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks aligned with our business objectives.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to validate business requirements, identify defects, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement in QA processes and mentoring QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA planning, execution, and reporting for Core Banking implementations.

Define test strategies for functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing.

Manage QA teams and coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Vendors.

Review and validate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.

Skill Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.

Prior experience as a QA Lead or Manager is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
