Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with business teams to align people strategies with organisational goals.
About the Role
- Partner with team leads and managers to identify organisational challenges and deliver strategic people solutions.
- Design and run internal campaigns and initiatives that drive employee engagement, culture, and retention.
- Use data and analytics to derive insights, inform decisions, and measure the impact of HR programs.
- Enable team development through feedback mechanisms, performance management, and learning opportunities.
- Be a thought partner to managers, supporting them with tools and coaching to enhance team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans that support business objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations for improving organisational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective HR programs.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote HR initiatives and achieve business outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with people data to drive decisions and improvements.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias toward action.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for building culture, driving impact, and elevating employee experiences.
