Brand Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Brand Partnership Specialist. If you are energetic, smart, and eager to grow, this role is for you.

You will be the key driver in connecting brands with unique marketing opportunities, crafting strategies, and creating lasting partnerships.

  • Lead Generation & Research: Identify and research potential brand leads through market insights, networking, and creative outreach. Execute lead generation programs with a focus on quality conversions.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with brands, understanding their needs and helping them grow through strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Strategic Sales: Create innovative sales pitches and strategies tailored to each brand, ensuring every conversation is impactful. Engage clients through cold calls and in-person meetings, discussing campaign execution.
  • Achieving Targets: Exceed monthly revenue targets by maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Track and report on outreach, conversations, and lead progression, staying on top of every opportunity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing insights for improving business operations and client relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of business development or sales experience, ideally in influencer marketing or media industries.
  • Freshers with the hunger for growth and right networking skills are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to brand needs quickly.
  • Proven success in meeting revenue goals and building lasting relationships.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • High energy, adaptability, and eagerness to thrive in a competitive and fast-evolving environment.
