Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our APAC operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes. This role will oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, tax compliance, and vendor management.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who can make a significant impact on the organization. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing HR systems from hire to retire data management, identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Manage HR systems including data management, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee information.
  • Payroll Processing: Oversee accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits for APAC countries.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Tax and Labour Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations, including tax regulations, labour laws, and company policies.
  • Vendor Management: Optimize cost and minimize risk by ensuring services are delivered as per agreed SLA and timeline from vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources / MBA.
  • 15 to 20 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR Operations hire to retire process, Payroll and compliance (preferably exposure to APAC countries).
  • Handled a team of 5 to 10 people for 5 + years in your previous roles.
  • Proficiency in HRM systems such as Workday/Oracle –
