Job Title: Senior Partnership Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth and performance of complex partnership accounts with financial institutions.

This role will serve as a strategic business advisor, technical consultant, and implementer of partner-facing business plans and programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in microfinance, inclusive finance, or rural banking, preferably with exposure to water, sanitation, or housing loan portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary relationship owner for assigned financial institution partners;
  • Facilitating regular engagement and collaboration with partner teams;
  • Implementing partner-facing programs, including onboarding, capacity building, product design, marketing support, and impact tracking;
  • Providing technical guidance and advisory support to partners on inclusive financial products and delivery models;
  • Maintaining high-quality data on partner activities and ensuring timely updates in internal systems and dashboards;
