We are revolutionizing media delivery, management, and automation space at ImageKit. We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team and help drive predictable growth through a scalable sales pipeline.

As the Sales Development Manager, your key focus will be to develop and lead an outbound process from the ground up. You will work with our leadership team to formulate an outbound lead generation strategy, including identifying target markets, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).

You will design the end-to-end outbound lead generation process, including research, tools, outreach messaging, follow-ups, qualification, and handoff to Account Executives. You will also run the entire end-to-end outbound process personally to test and refine it for the rest of the team.

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of sales development experience and at least 3+ years of SDR management experience in the SaaS industry. You should have set up an outbound process in the past and run it successfully meeting measurable goals. Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment are must-haves.
