Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales efforts and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for our loyalty and rewards solutions
Sales Presentations and Consultative Selling:
  • Understand clients' needs and pain points, offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives
Closing Sales:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Collaborate with account management to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM software
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts

Requirements:

The successful candidate should possess:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  2. 0-3 yrs of experience in inside sales/lead generation, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  5. Knowledge of loyalty and rewards programs or a willingness to learn
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  8. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  9. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
