Join Our Team as a Freight Sales Development ManagerWe're seeking a highly skilled Freight Sales Development Manager to join our team at Aardour Worldwide Logistics Pvt. Ltd. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in generating sales from new and existing customers, achieving the sales plan, and acquiring & retaining customers to increase the client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate sales from new and existing customers and achieve the sales plan.
- Acquire and retain customers to increase the client base.
- Ensure receivable management is under control and increase cash flow.
- Sales lead management and monitoring.
- Focus on all lines of business, including vertical and route development.
- Training and development in product, sales behavior, and management skills.
- Sales administration and management.
- Sales budget and sales review on a monthly basis.
- Market knowledge and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular customer feedback.
- Quality compliance and implementation of the same.
- Client visit.
- Client transition to operations within 7 days of CPR signed.
- Client analysis on gross margin, volume, and profitability.
- Yield enhancement.
- Customer service and complaint management.
- Attend weekly meetings and sales reviews.
The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and relationship-building skills, with the ability to deliver Gross Margin at least 3 times their CTC and cover their cost in the 3rd or 4th month. They should also have good communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.
