Drive Sales Growth as a Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Maharashta. This is a full-time position that will drive business growth and development.

About the Role

This senior-level position involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have at least 7-10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in sales and leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and motivating the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients. They will also conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends, and negotiate and close deals with clients.

In addition, the candidate will prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. They will participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company's market presence.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in sales, specifically within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong team leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly.
  • Ability to source new clients and opportunities in the real estate market.
