About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic sales leader to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Manager for Large-Scale Projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale residential/commercial real estate sales, leading teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the on-site sales team to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide timely feedback, and ensure the team meets individual and collective targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Set clear objectives for the sales team and monitor their progress.
Client Management:

Handle key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Resolve client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Facilitate client visits and guide them through site tours and project details.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Keep abreast of real estate market trends and share relevant information with the team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in large residential/commercial projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
