About the Role
Talent Corner seeks a seasoned Real Estate Sales Strategist to lead our sales team in driving growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans for each real estate project in collaboration with the development team.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Set ambitious sales targets and monitor progress regularly, making adjustments as needed to meet or exceed objectives.
- Motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and provide support and resources to facilitate their success.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales and sales management.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for real estate and a customer-centric approach.
