The Role

  • Qualify leads for site visits and provide information to clients with real estate requirements.
  • Attend marketing calls and generate leads through various activities.
  • Build relationships with clients and provide regular follow-ups to ensure site visits.
  • Referral lead generation and site visits (virtual and physical).
  • Tele pitching prospective leads and providing information to drive site visits.
  • Help clients make informed decisions about their real estate needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and run survey campaigns.
  • Build relationships with existing customers to generate reference sales.

The Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales or sales/relationship management, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality work.
  • Willingness to travel more than 60% of the time.
