Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all presales activities, ensuring pipeline nurturing and revenue enablement.
  • Drive sales cycles from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions.
  • Build and maintain client relationships across domains and geographies.

Bid and Proposal Management:

  • Own end-to-end RFP/RFI management, ensuring timely, competitive, and compelling proposals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and finance teams for accurate technical solutions and pricing.
  • Implement and improve presales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team.

Sales Enablement & Marketing Support:

  • Partner with regional sales teams to qualify opportunities and accelerate deal closures.
  • Support sales forecasting and track opportunity progression.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies for account mining and expansion.
  • Develop marketing campaigns and messaging.

Qualifications:

">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Presales, Sales Engineering, and Bid Management within IT services.
  • Strong exposure to global clients.
  • Demonstrated success in leading functions and enabling revenue growth.
