Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Our organization is seeking a skilled and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion initiatives in India.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading corporates, PSUs, emerging partners, and individual clients to promote our retirement planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Expansion: Develop and execute plans to achieve business targets and expand our customer base.
  • Customer Acquisition: Promote our retirement planning solutions to corporate and retail clients.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads through references, networking, and market outreach.
  • Relationship Management: Prospect, meet, and engage with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs), negotiate terms, onboard corporates, and manage client implementation.
  • Client Support: Provide client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to work independently, negotiate effectively, and provide exceptional client service. This role requires flexibility to travel within Gujarat as per business needs.
