Senior Proposal Developer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Proposal Developer with expertise in crafting compelling proposals for U.S. federal government IT contracts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Craft, manage, and deliver high-quality IT proposal content that meets or exceeds client expectations and federal requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with IT stakeholders to gather project requirements, develop winning proposal strategies, and write persuasive sections.
  • Oversee the entire proposal development lifecycle, ensuring timely submissions, compliance with FAR, DFARS, and IT standards, and successful client outcomes.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in senior proposal development/writing for U.S. federal IT projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in federal procurement processes and IT compliance standards.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for proposal drafting and technical diagramming.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro for document editing and compliance.
  • Experience with SharePoint or Google Workspace for team collaboration.
  • Working knowledge of proposal software for managing workflows and project management tools for tracking bids.
