Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our business development efforts in the real estate sector.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with external partners, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Management: Identify and onboard channel partners, brokers, and agents to drive business growth.
  2. Negotiation and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with external property consultants to leverage their expertise.
  3. Clients Acquisition: Source verified clients through partner networks and references to increase registrations and bookings.
  4. Broker Meets and Field Visits: Plan and execute broker meets and field visits to foster collaboration and understanding.
  5. Sales and Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead flow and maximize opportunities.
  6. Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad regions.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Self-Driven Approach: Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused approach to achieve goals.
  • Owning a Vehicle: Owning a vehicle is preferred but not mandatory.
