Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead our new business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business development or growth roles, with a proven track record of securing new clients and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and threats, providing actionable insights to shape business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions for clients that align with their brand and business goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or growth roles, ideally in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to create and execute business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to create compelling presentations and pitches.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, for effective client presentations.
  • Hands-on experience leading projects and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
