About the Role

The Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving people strategies that fuel business growth. This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build and deliver initiatives that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Critical Metrics: Drive key human resource metrics such as retention, engagement, and cost for a fast-paced business environment.
  • Partnerships: Engage with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for C&B, Staffing, HRSS, and the business.
  • Team Development: Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team. Train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best practices.
  • HR Operations: Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
  • Talent Initiatives: Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.
  • Policy Implementation: Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.
