This role is responsible for developing and implementing employee relations practices, providing expert advice on employment and employee relations matters, and ensuring a positive experience for all employees.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues in the US.
- Issue Resolution: Implement sound resolutions and address questions and complex issues of employees.
