
Strategic Human Resources Leader

- Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
- Design and implement people-first initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and retention.
- Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, delivering WOW experiences from onboarding to alumni engagement.
- Build scalable frameworks for learning, mentorship, internal mobility, and succession planning.
- Drive performance management with modern, outcome-driven systems that encourage ownership and recognition.
- Champion inclusion, transparency, and psychological safety while resolving employee relations with empathy and fairness.
The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR business partnering at leadership level. They should have proven success in implementing scalable HR strategies in high-growth organizations.
The required skills include:
- Employee engagement, organizational design, and talent development.
- Influencing senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conflict resolution, coaching, and employee advocacy with a people-first mindset.
- Performance management, recognition systems, and HR analytics.
- HRIS platforms such as Workday or Bamboo HR.
- Goal & milestone management, SMARTS-based frameworks for alignment and performance.
