- People Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide recommendations for improving employee experience and business outcomes.
- Talent Management: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive talent management programs to ensure the organization has the necessary skills and expertise to meet evolving business demands.
- Change Management: Work closely with leaders to design and execute effective change management initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maximum employee adoption.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee recognition, rewards, and incentives that enhance motivation, productivity, and retention.

- Business Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in understanding business drivers, market trends, and industry dynamics, enabling informed HR decisions and strategic partnerships.
- HR Metrics Proficiency: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR metrics and systems, allowing for data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Leadership and Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with and support company goals, driving business growth and employee engagement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and employee communication.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Experience: 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the Software, E-commerce, or Technology industry.
