Job Title Human Resources Executive - Hospital Location Vellore Department Human Resources Employment Type Full-time We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Executive with 2-4 years of experience to support the HR functions of our hospital The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in hospital administration strong communication skills and the ability to manage recruitment employee relations compliance and training in a healthcare environment Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment processes for clinical and non-clinical staff Oversee employee onboarding orientation and training activities Maintain HR records attendance leave and statutory compliance documentation Assist in payroll coordination and employee welfare initiatives Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital standards Address employee grievances and promote a positive work culture Support performance management and professional development programs Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and organizational goals Drive employee engagement and retention activities Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information Qualifications Skills Master s in Hospital Administration MHA - preferred 2-4 years of experience in HR preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of HR practices labor laws and compliance requirements Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems Organized detail-oriented and solution-driven Ability to work collaboratively across departments and handle sensitive situations with empathy Preferred Attributes Experience recruiting healthcare professionals Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic hospital environments Strong ethics integrity and compassion in dealing with employees and patients alike Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 046 84 - 27 527 53 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Education Master s Required Experience Human resources 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
