The ideal candidate should bring strong design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the flexibility to visit project sites.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualise and develop design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.Prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3 D renderings to communicate design ideas.Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.Source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, budget, and timelines.Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time, quality delivery.Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.Work collaboratively with team members and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions.RequirementsBachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.Proficiency in Auto CAD, 3 Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, and related tools.4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio.Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.Must own a vehicle for office/site commuting.Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing design & build firm with 15+ years of legacy.Opportunity to work on diverse, large-scale interior fit-out projects across India.A collaborative, professional, and innovation-driven culture.If you are passionate about design, client collaboration, and bringing creative visions to life, we'd love to hear from you.
