Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Executive with 2–4 years of experience to support the HR functions of our hospital. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in hospital administration, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance documentation.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital standards.
  • Address employee grievances and promote a positive work culture.
  • Support performance management and professional development programs.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and organizational goals.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's in Hospital Administration (MHA) – preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and handle sensitive situations with empathy.
