- **Requirements**:_
- _Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred._
- _Proven experience in marketing management, with a track record of successfully executing integrated marketing campaigns._
- _Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives._
- _Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and marketing automation software._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and lead a team._
- _Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns._
- _Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment._
