**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter, either in-house or at a recruitment agency.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring for a variety of technical roles, including software development, data science, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, IT skill sets, and the tech industry as a whole.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
