Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Human Resources function, driving strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement and culture-building. This role will involve mentoring a lean team, setting clear objectives and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, setting clear objectives and balancing workloads to drive accountability.
- Oversee global mobility and travel operations, including visas, deputations, travel policy compliance and budget control.
- Own HR policy governance, audit readiness and end-to-end HR administration, including payroll, statutory filings, onboarding and offboarding.
- Champion employee experience through office amenities, wellness programs and rapid-response action plans.
- Design and execute a culture-building strategy, including targeted initiatives, workshops and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce attrition.
- Embed organizational values through team-led workshops, leadership forums and signature events.
- Develop a total-rewards framework, including salary cycles, incentives, spot awards and ESOP communications.
- Prioritize and review Learning & Development, including curriculum, certification tracking and impact reporting.
- Drive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and employer branding in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team on social media and campus outreach.
- Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance, including sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics and complex escalations.
Required Skills:
- Post-Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
- Around 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
- Strong leadership skills with effective communication, influence and engagement at all organizational levels.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
