Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to spearhead our expansion efforts and contribute to our long-term success. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities through in-depth market analysis, strategic networking, and proactive prospecting.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their strategic needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual success.
  • Business Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies that align with our growth objectives and enhance market positioning.
  • Executive Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals to senior-level executives, effectively communicating our value proposition.
  • Deal Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations and close significant business deals, securing favorable terms that align with our strategic goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences and successful project delivery.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide detailed reports and insights on business development activities, sales pipelines, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, positioning us as a leader in the IT sector.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or in a similar high-level role.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on strategic partnerships and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Analytical and problem-solving prowess, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Independent and collaborative work style, thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and advanced business development tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in the IT industry or with ERP systems.
  • Indepth knowledge of sales strategies, marketing principles, and contract negotiations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
