About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Research and identify potential clients in the USA and Canada, develop and implement strategies to target these prospects.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel, providing relevant information and follow-up to keep leads engaged.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, conducting needs assessments, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns and strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, preparing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Representative, preferably working for a digital marketing agency and/or SaaS company.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proven track record in B2B sales.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing services and strategies.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare or SaaS or marketing industry is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
