Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Finderbro.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
