As a key member of the management team, you will provide strategic guidance on financial planning and control to support business growth. Your role will be to ensure that all financial operations align with the organization's objectives and policies.
- Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement long-term financial strategies in line with the company's mission and goals.
- Financial Performance Management: Oversee financial accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and standard operating procedures to mitigate risk and maintain a high level of integrity.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as profitability, return on investment (ROI), and market share to inform business decisions.
We seek an experienced finance professional with a track record of success in managing financial controlling functions, preferably in a plant manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate holds relevant certifications, such as CA or CMA, and possesses excellent communication and leadership skills.
