Business Development Manager for FMCG

Colgate-Palmolive Company is a leading manufacturer of consumer goods with a presence in over 200 countries. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales and distribution objectives in your assigned zone.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager for FMCG products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the availability and transparency of our products in the market, thereby achieving sales and distribution objectives in your assigned zone.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve CPS (Colgate Palmolive Sales) and STT (Sales To Trade) targets every month
- Ensure optimum stocks by accurate planning and MBQ (Minimum Base Quantity) setting to each customer
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, stockists, and store managers
- Handle trade promotion claims and ensure timely settlement
- Use DMS-ITT/Palm and Laptop efficiently to make data-driven decisions and recommendations
- Maintain reports and information as required by the company, compiling facts and figures according to established formats
- Lead and develop resources, including assigning and scheduling work to team members, monitoring performance, and providing support/solutions when needed
- Evaluate experience: Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in the FMCG industry
