Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our FMCG ad sales strategy and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in digital advertising, with a strong leadership style and excellent communication skills.

About Us

Paytm is India's leading digital payments and financial services company. Our platform enables consumers and merchants to pay and get paid through a variety of payment instruments, including wallets, UPI, and net banking. We also offer credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans, and buy now, pay later options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Paytm's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of ad sales professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Establish strong relationships with key advertisers and agencies, and leverage those relationships to grow the business.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in advertising sales specifically into CPG or FMCG segment, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Experience in digital advertising, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitive activity.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
