Strategic Accounts Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Accounts Director to lead our efforts in FMCG supply chain solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with key clients in the FMCG industry.
- Lead a team of account managers to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, customer service, and relationship building.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improve sales efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for client segments, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling 3PL supply chain solutions to large FMCG brands across Western India.
- In-depth knowledge of the FMCG supply chain, including channel commercials, retail distribution landscape, and strong connections within the industry.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams, driving sales growth, and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in local languages such as Marathi, Gujarati, and Hindi.
