Strategic Sales Account Director

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead our efforts in growing revenue and expanding our presence in the telecom industry. As a Sales Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion. You will work closely with our Pre-sales Engineering team, Operations teams, and global support teams to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion
• Manage and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions
Requirements:
• 10+ years of sales experience in the telecom industry
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
• Strong technical background in optical networking and telecom solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
