The Territory Sales Manager Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the FMCG industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets for your territory.
  • Secure new customers and build strong relationships with existing distributors and retailers.
  • Effectively communicate product information, promotions, and trade schemes to your customer base.
  • Organize and participate in customer awareness programs and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate and maintain accurate sales data and reports.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the aftersales service team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures on sales and commercial activities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably within the tire industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
