Real Estate Sales and Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Propvisor as a real estate salesperson. This is a full-time position located in Bengaluru, KA India. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Prospect potential clients and conduct sales presentations to showcase our real estate solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability for the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.
Job Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome.
- Owning a vehicle is mandatory for boys.
- Good communication skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
Work Environment:
- This is a full-time position located in Bengaluru, KA India.
- The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Salary Information:
Estimated salary range: ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 30,000 per month.
