Propvisor Real Estate Salesperson Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Propvisor as a real estate salesperson. This is a full-time position located in Bengaluru, KA India. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Prospect potential clients and conduct sales presentations to showcase our real estate solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability for the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.

Job Requirements:

  • Freshers are welcome.
  • Owning a vehicle is mandatory for boys.
  • Good communication skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time position located in Bengaluru, KA India.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary Information:

Estimated salary range: ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 30,000 per month.
