Salary

The estimated salary for this position is ₹24 LPA CTC, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales team and develop effective strategies to increase market share and revenue. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  3. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of competitors.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
