About the Role
Novel Office US is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and building strong relationships with real estate brokers, increasing inflow of high-value acquisition, leasing, and sale opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust network of real estate brokers to stay informed about potential investment opportunities.
- Work closely with brokers to source and secure high-value acquisitions, leases, and sales that align with our business goals.
- Cultivate new business leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Identify and approach CXOs and Admins of potential organizations to explore leasing opportunities for office space.
- Conduct thorough research on potential leads using business directories, web searches, and digital resources to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with Tenant Representatives and potential clients to understand their future leasing requirements and monitor emerging trends.
- Built a solid sales pipeline in line with targets, ensuring timely delivery of projects and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored space design plans and projects requirements.
- Ensure seamless client servicing and account management activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs, developing effective strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 0-5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly, outgoing demeanor with an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sales/business development is advantageous.
- Valid B1 or B2 visa holder, as international travel opportunities are available.
