
Senior Customer Experience Manager

Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our escalation team, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution while maintaining the highest level of service quality.
Key Responsibilities- Escalation Management Expertise
Utilize analytical skills to identify root causes of escalations, develop corrective actions, and implement process improvements to minimize repeat issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution against key performance metrics, including FCR, CSAT, AHT, Quality, and Productivity.
- Strategic Program Leadership
Drive transformative initiatives across efficiency, automation, and customer experience enhancement. Develop program roadmaps, define success metrics, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Technology Enablement
Partner with Product and Tech teams to design and execute the Customer Service technology roadmap. Implement innovative tools and processes that empower agents to resolve escalations faster and provide exceptional customer interactions.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Governance
Act as a liaison between CS, Tech, Product, and other business teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment. Drive governance forums, performance reviews, and reporting to senior leadership.
