Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales of our premium senior living villas and apartments. The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of experience in high-end real estate sales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to drive performance.

· Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized service.

· Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior to optimize sales.

· Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.

· Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure seamless post-sales support.

What We're Looking For

· Experience: 5–8 years in premium real estate sales (luxury villas/apartments).

· Education: Graduate degree (MBA preferred).

· Languages: Malayalam & English (mandatory). Knowledge of Tamil/Hindi is a plus.

· Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and CRM proficiency.

· Attributes: Target-driven, strategic, customer-centric, and professional with high integrity.
