Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer service operations for assigned customers, ensuring that service levels are met and business processes are followed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with assigned customers, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Process and manage customer orders, including EDI and manual entry, customer backlog management, confirmation, rescheduling, cancellation, reconciliation, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Asset and Supply Chain Planner to ensure smooth supply chain operations and communicate with customers daily regarding supply situation.
  • Evaluate and implement compliance with export rules for controlled products, including preparation of export licenses.
  • Be accountable for meeting delivery expectations and resolving shipping and price discrepancies.
  • Manage customer returns, RMA, and invoice discrepancies.
  • Prepare and send regular reports to customers.
  • Participate in meetings with customers as required.
  • Facilitate customer forecast communication both internally and externally.
  • Analyze and address Shortages effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Electronic Component Industry.
  • Demonstrated customer orientation and strong customer service background.
  • Ability to work in a process-driven environment and possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • High level of ownership and accountability for tasks assigned.
  • Excellent team player with good communication skills suitable for internal and external communities.
  • Capacity to adapt to change and be comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Ability to respond quickly and professionally to high-pressure commercial demands.
  • Will to work in a challenging multicultural environment.
  • Mandatory English language proficiency (verbal and written).
